What I mean is, she's very grounded. Imagining a possible escape route from her problems via feeling displaced isn't something she would do, or could do, or even accept as possible.

I do not think it is healthy or right to think of Stark as a replacement for your friend. [ Is she a friend? Or does Loki feel for her the way Angela feels for Sera? She isn't sure. ] You must approach the two separately, and not let one relationship cloud or tarnish the other. There is nothing wrong with forming an attachment to Stark, knowing that it will not last. You simply must enter with that knowledge, and let the relationship be what it is.
